RETURNS
We are sure you are going to love your Kimmicass purchases however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels still intact, with a copy of your receipt, and make sure that the goods are in the same condition you received them.
We recommend posting using a signed for service and remember to keep your postage receipt. If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid any customs charges.
Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website kimmicass.com
If you return items outside the 14 day return period we will be unable to process your return. If this is the case and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please note we can not take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care, therefore we recommend you return them via a trackable service.
The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received.
Return to the address detailed on the Returns Form.
We would recommend using a delivery service that enables your parcel to be tracked and is insured.
Kimmicass cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
Kimmicass does not cover the cost of returning the item.
REFUNDS
If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, undamaged, unmarked, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will normally be made within 14 working days of receipt.
When trying on a garment please make sure you are not wearing make-up or perfume or deodorant which may in any way result in the above list of damages.
We are unable to exchange or refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows signs of wear
Any refunds will be credited back to the original credit /debit card used to pay for the order and usually within 3/4 working days of our acceptance and processing of the returned goods.
However, please be aware that some banks may take up to 30 days to re-credit the amount.
Please note that any refunds for items bought as gifts can only be re-credited to the original purchaser
Discounted goods will only be refunded to the value of the Sale / Promotional value

Please do not contact Kimmicass before 14 working days has elapsed from our receipt of your return.
Kimmicass does not refund the original delivery cost if within 14 days of its receipt the customer has either not returned it to Kimmicass or notified Kimmicass of their intention to do so.
This refund and exchange policy is for website sales and follows distant selling regulations, and will differ from our in- store policy
RETURNING AN INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM
When you order with Kimmicass we check the details you provide on several occasions throughout the packing and dispatch procedure. Therefore, if we are doing our job properly you should happily receive just what you ordered.
If we have made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item we will be happy to sort it out for you if you email sales@kimmicass.com
RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM
Throughout the time that your order is being processed the item/s will be checked for quality. The final check is done when your order is packed by our despatch team so we are almost certain that you will be happy with the quality of your order.
If you are for any reason there is a fault you must contact the Customer Services Department by email sales@kimmicass.com including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item/s using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item/s.

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
